The success of the Atlantis Cup® – Autonomy Regatta is the result of teamwork, the commitment of everyone involved and the support of entities that believe in the potential of this regatta.
We would like to thank the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of the Azores, the Government of the Azores, the Municipalities of Vila do Porto, Ponta Delgada, Angra do Heroísmo and Horta, the Maritime Authority, the Clube Naval de Santa Maria, the Clube Naval de Ponta Delgada, to Angra Iate Clube, to Clube Náutico de Angra do Heroísmo, to Portos dos Açores, to the Marinas of Vila do Porto, Ponta Delgada, Angra do Heroísmo and Horta, to ARVA – Associação Regional de Vela dos Açores, to NOS – Açores, Uship – Horta, Terauto, Sata Azores Airlines, Grupo Sousa, AeroHorta – Agência de Viagens e Turismo, Hempel, and all the other partners who contributed to the Atlantis Cup.
We also thank the sailors, who participated with enthusiasm and dedication in yet another edition of the largest regatta in the Azores archipelago and one of the most important in the country. A word of thanks also to the public, who followed the regatta with great interest.
The Atlantis Cup® is a competition that promotes sailing, tourism and culture in the Azores. We are certain that it will continue to grow and consolidate itself as a reference in the national and international sailing panorama.
